Adedotun Isola Osobu
Principal PartnerAdedotun is a seasoned litigator, dispute resolution advocate and commercial lawyer.
He studied at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, and graduated with an LL.B (Hons) in 2007. He then attended the Nigerian Law School in Bwari, Abuja, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008, enrolled as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
His career began in Benue State, where he served as a Legal Officer in Konshisha Local Government. He then joined a leading law firm in Lagos, where he was exposed to core litigation and wrote briefs on many subjects, from the lower courts to the highest court in the land. His practice has taken him to all the superior courts of record in Nigeria and to courts such as the ECOWAS Court. He has also appeared in commercial litigation and arbitration, including at the Industrial Court.
Wanting to thrive in commercial practice, he partnered with colleagues to establish Kanmi Isola Osobu & Company. He has now practised nationwide for over ten years, and is known for his professionalism and his careful attention to the ethics of the profession.

Tunji Fashola
ConsultantTunji is a results-driven legal professional with a keen interest in the intersection of law, technology and public policy. His experience spans corporate and commercial law, litigation, advocacy, contract management, compliance and governance, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the legal and strategic dimensions of complex matters.
He approaches every matter with analytical rigour, commercial awareness and a forward-thinking mindset. Beyond the practice of law, he is passionate about using the law as a tool to advance justice, shape effective policy, promote accountability, strengthen institutions and create lasting social impact.
Tunji is a graduate of the University of Ibadan and the Nigerian Law School. He combines a strong academic foundation with professional discipline and a commitment to continuous learning, and his interests extend to the evolving relationship between law and emerging technology, particularly how innovation is transforming legal practice, regulation, business and society.

He received his law degree from Kogi State University, then went on to the Nigerian Law School (Bayelsa Campus), where he earned his B.L.
