Yes. We handle incorporation and post-incorporation services at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). For example, we incorporated Wondars Mills Limited, and once it started operating we drafted and reviewed its agreements with suppliers and distributors.

Yes. We carry out due diligence on properties, run searches at land registries across the country, and handle the drafting, franking and perfection of land documents. Our land group also keeps up with the Land Use Act, the Conveyancing Act, the Registration of Titles Law, the Building Code and related state laws.

It depends on the service. Litigation is billed on a job basis, with reimbursable expenses. Secretariat legal services are billed on a retainer or on a job basis. Support for your legal desk is billed on a job basis, with reimbursable expenses. We know you want to keep costs under control, so our billing is flexible and we try to fit the needs of each client.
