How we work
Our practice falls into three main parts. The first is litigation services, representing clients in court and in disputes, from adverse claims to debt recovery. The second is advisory work, including risk evaluation and contract management, helping clients understand their exposure and manage their agreements before problems arise. The third is perfection, permits, registration and compliance, the paperwork that keeps a business properly protected.
